Enjoy great conversation and our f abulous speaker for the night, Michael Uhler. Michael is the cu rator and horticulturist of the Sierra Nevada section at the Regional& nbsp;Parks Botanic Garden in Tilden Regional Park. He will talk about his search for alpine plants in the Sierra Nevada.
This is a great opportunity to meet other like-minded individuals, Chapter le adership and other volunteers. The evening includes a fun silent aucti on and shopping for books and other items from the Chapter store. Book and S ilent Auction Donations Welcome! Is it time to clean out your libr ary? Although we are ordering fewer new books for our Chapter sales, w e welcome your used books to sell at our potluck and other events . We’re looking for native plant field guides, floras, gardening books , hiking guides and natural history books. For the potluck silent auct ion, we also welcome art, textiles and other nice items.
