We have been restoring habitat for California native plants at Alum Roc k Park since 2011. Project workdays generally take place on the third Satur days of the month, 9am to noon. We meet at 9 AM at the maintenance building, by the Log Cabin. At the e ntrance kiosk, identify yourself as a weeding volunteer, and your entrance fee will be waived. Drive up to the farthest parking lot, and park at the f irst bridge (across from the Log Cabin). Walk across the bridge and past th e Log Cabin and meet at the Maintenance Building at 9 am for orientation &a mp; training.
