Join Sheila Colby and Ken Himes on a walk through Calero County Park, where we will pass a variety of exposures and habitats, including grasslands, mixed deciduous woodlands, chaparral and serpentine barrens. The hike will be 6 miles long with more than 1,500 feet of elevation gain and a lot of up and down hiking.
There is a parking fee of $6; please bring exact/extra change. Bring lunch, snacks, plenty of water, and hiking poles if you like. Rain cancels.
